What is Glow Shot?

Glow Shot is a botanical mixed berry and apple beverage formulated with astaxanthin, NAC L-cysteine, pine bark, acai berry and multivitamins, all of which are highly effective ingredients loaded with antioxidants. Glow Shot acts as a daily skin supplement to maintain and promote a healthy radiant skin from within.

How many sachets are there in a box of Glow Shot?

There are 15 sachets in a box of Glow Shot. One sachet contains 20ml of liquid supplements full of antioxidants and vitamins for a healthy glowing skin.

How does one take it?

Shake well before consumption. You are advised to take 1-2 sachet(s) daily, before breakfast and/or bedtime. We personally like it chilled. You can also enjoy Glow Shot with other food (e.g. yoghurt & smoothies). For best result, drink plenty of water to ensure hydration.

Who should take it?

Women or men alike who are experiencing a tired and dull skin or want to boost and maintain their skin radiance and health. Glow Shot is not intended for consumption by children.

Can pregnant or nursing women consume this product?

Glow Shot is safe for daily consumption and do not cause any health concerns. You are advised to get your doctor's advice before consuming it if you are pregnant, nursing or on any medication. For pregnant women, you should only start taking it after your first trimester (13 weeks onwards).

When will I see results?

Individual results may vary. Expect to see noticable results within 2-6 weeks of consistent consumption. Pay attention to early signs of improvements to the skin, which you may experience in the first 7 days of consumption.

What about those with dietary constraints?

Glow Shot is made without artificial additives, artificial ingredients, gluten, dairy, soy and hormones. It is mainly made from plant extracts and vitamins that have been proven beneficial for the body.

Is Glow Shot approved by KKM?

Yes. Glow Shot is classified as food/beverage by KKM upon its evaluation.

How to store Glow Shot?

Keep in cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. It is best kept referigerated.

Why should I take a skin supplement if I'm already using skincare?

The foundations of beauty begin with a healthy body and skin from within. When your body and skin are at optimum health, it will maximise the effects of your skincare while providing a more beautiful canvas for your make up to enhance. A skin supplement helps boost the efficacy of your skincare and topical treatments.

Does Glow Shot support the immune system on top of its skin benefits?

Yes. The main components of this product are plant extracts and vitamins that are proven to support a healthy immune system.

What will happen if I stop consuming Glow Shot?

It is a beauty drink with many nutritional benefits. Just as you would stop getting the beneficial nutrients of fruits and vegetable if you stop eating them, you will stop getting the benefits of Glow Shot when you stop consuming it over time. There will be no other side effects.

Payment and Delivery FAQs

How soon are purchases processed for delivery?

All orders are processed for delivery within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

When will I receive my order?

From the order shipping date, it will take approximately 3 - 5 business days for delivery within West Malaysia and 5 - 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.

What payment options do I have?

At the moment, we only accept payments via our designated payment gateway (FPX/online banking) or manual bank transfers (incl. DutiNow QR). We are currently in the midst of setting up for debit/credit card payments for your future convenience.

Do you accept debit/credit card & e-wallet payments?

We currently do not accept Visa & Mastercard payments as well as e-Wallet transfers. We are in the midst of integrating debit/credit card payments as we work towards enhancing your shopping journey with us.

What do I do if I have issues with my orders/payments?

Worry not, please head on to our 'Contact Us' page. You may provide us with the relevant details (i.e. issues faced, order number, email address and/or phone number) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer any returns and/or refunds?

Refunds and Returns:
At Aora, we prioritize your health and well-being. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with our products and we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or refunds after any purchase of our products. Nonetheless, should you receive an incorrect order or a damaged item, kindly review our policy below.

Damaged Items:
We only offer replacements for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate the replacement process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, along with your order number, to us at hello@aorabeauty.co. Once we receive and verify the damage, we will process the replacement and ship the new item to you promptly.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damaged item.
  • The item must not have been further tampered with.
